"Hermitage" serves as a deconstruction of Roman Catholic values through its own repertoire and language. In a habitat where the Church claims itself as a cultural catalyst and originator, we must remember that Catholicism is, in fact, the primary force of cultural destruction and appropriation, taking from the very customs, traditions and beliefs it tries to stifle.
